ORANGE SMOOTHIE WITH CARROT, GINGER AND TURMERIC WHICH CARES YOUR THROAT.
Happy. Even if everything changes.
I look at the world from a porthole, and today I see it in orange.
A ray of sunshine is enough to think positive. With a bossa nova sound in the background, I bend my right arm, watch my bicep and admire the gesture with the determination of the third chakra, the manipura.
I bask in a wave of optimism, that the peach tree is in bloom and life is beautiful.
I sip my daily orange smoothie with carrot, ginger and turmeric as a ritual
and the gloomy days are just water under the bridge.
As the sore throat typical of seasonal transition are.
In this magic potion the warm light of turmeric and ginger blends with orange and carrot to give you fresh and renewed energy. And, as your taste buds plunge into a sparkling coconut-scented sea, your mind already dives into the desire for summer – which you know will come sooner than you think. Inebriating notes of cinnamon and honey sweeten your dreams and this morning, one sip at a time, is more and more golden.
Gamble into this orange smoothie full of beautiful things every breakfast of this spring.
Body and spirit will thank you. And you won’t stop singing Oo-de-lally, oo-de-lally Golly, what a day!

Thank God everything flows. Panta Rei. And in the end, as in a beautiful garden Bahai, she will be delighted by lighting… and she lived happily ever after.
