A potato salad to answer the million-dollar question.

by Kristel Cescotto

They call it kartoffelnsalat but we call it potato salad because it has nothing in common with the German one, not even potatoes because potatoes are from Holland.

A potato salad for when you get home from work and it is there to wait for you.

Walk through the door, turn on the light, and scare the life out of you.

The Question is there, even more gruesome of the mummy sitting on the rocking chair in Psycho.

That million-dollar question will never stop harassing you.

What’s for dinner?

Well, I’ll give you the answer – for today  anyway. My answer is based on ingredients that you definitely have in a fridge or pantry. But if not: no problem my friend, replace them with something like that (but still editable) and les jeux son faits.

And even for tonight, the empty pot will be just a sad memory. Just as an untie clump between the heart and the mind, where the shocks reside. But tomorrow is Saturday and on Saturday you go out to dinner.

In the photo you can see the right mood to face the “tomorrow is Saturday” find.

Half-note: even the potato salad – like last week’s acai bowl – is not a real “recipe” but, rather, an inspiration to create your own-made one (depending on what the fridge offers you). There are no grams but only ingredients. Some recipe are so versatile and customizable that specifying the doses will be such a coercive. So follow your taste, your crave and your eyes, and if you have any suggestions, I can’t wait to hear them.

PROCESS

  1. Wash, peel, cut, chop and do whatever you think may serve a purpose.
  2. Get all of that in a good china boule;
  3. Season, mix, taste.
  4. Is good? Definitely yes.
  5. Dinner is ready and you are safe.

Bio:

Once upon a time there was a 30 years old girl, and she has not the slightest idea what it would be at 32: one, no one but for sure no one hundred thousand. Daughter, sister, friend, mom of a dog, woman of an amazing man. Thinker fulltime, practices the Universal Love. Always looking for which direction take to and who to be doing it. Thank God everything flows. Panta Rei. And in the end, as in a beautiful garden Bahai, she will be delighted by lighting… and she lived happily ever after.
