Culture. Eat it

You can remember the scent of a home even after years. It’s something that stays with you, like a nice feeling. I still remember perfectly the one at the grandparents’ house, it was strange and I could not identify it with anything, but every time I came there, it reminded me my childhood. And it was surprisingly enjoyable.
If I had to describe the house I fell in love today with a smell it would surely be inebriating.
It is located in London’s East End but, looking at it, doesn’t seems exactly a townhouse. Bright, colourful and totally personal, combines vintage, boho and jungalow in one space.
So many the elements that leave breathless, starting with the large chest of drawers in the living room, the retro bathtub and the incredible kitchen made of reclaimed wood with black walls, decorated with plants, vases and transparent jars. Another incredible element (I’m so envious) is the walk-in closet that precedes the bathroom. A smart and functioning idea absolutely to be copied. And we want to talk about how cleverly plants are arranged? On the furniture, on the floor or hanged up they are the true trait d’union that characterizes every environment.
A townhouse that smells of countryside, smells good and ancient, with lots of ideas to copy.
