The flower bistrot: Mint Café Milan

by The Rolling Forks

Imagine to go into a nice and beautiful flower shop where you can eat accommodated in bistro-style tables surrounded by plants and soft colors. Peace of mind. We are talking about Mint Garden Café (via Felice Casati, 12 – Milano).

This shop has become a reference point for those who live in Milan and there is nothing to be surprised about.
The atmosphere is relaxed, pleasant and the dishes are exquisite. Raw materials are chosen with care, exactly like flowers.

Mint Garden Café is a good choice for every meal: from breakfast to dinner but also for a Sunday brunch.

It is possible to eat at all hours even only sandwiches or salads, toasts or michette (a tipical italian bread). The main dishes are delicious (they change according to the availability of the moment) and the choice of wines is wider than that of some restaurants with equipped cellars worthy of trained livers.

It is true , being in the middle of plants and flowers relaxes body and soul but also the stomach here is very happy!

Shortly, Mint Garden really deserves attention, it represents a new way of being together. The conviviality is concentrated within a bistro where you can watch that magical moment of assembling flowers by eating dishes with surprising flavors.

Isn’t that great?

Bio:

Lawyer and brand manager. Friends and sisters. Husband and wife, or maybe wife and wife. Both share same interests: food, wine (a lot), travels. Adventurous, crazy, funny, affected by wanderlust syndrome. Paris made it happen, now they love getting lost in the world and laugh. For Federica the motto is: “the highest you go, the farthest you see; the farthest you see, the longest you’ll dream” (W. Bonatti) For Margherita the motto is: “the sky is my only limit”
