PASTEL COLORS AND ROMANTIC SOUL: IDEAS FROM A FIVE-ROOMS IN STOCKHOLM
I think that ever since I was a child my inner wish has been to live a life in colors. To be able to express my personality on a blank canvas. My life is, after all, a blank canvas on which I write or paint. As well as my home. An ongoing project, which is slowly gaining shape and personality, where past and present meet each other, between white walls, graphite elements and pastel tones.
Maybe that’s the reason why I fell in love with this lovely Swedish flat located in the heart of Stockholm, characterized by high ceilings, large windows and a vintage mood, expertly revisited.
Ideas to stole:
- The mix of yellow / green / pink and blue color that’s repeated in almost each space.
- The ancient tiled stoves: heat a lot and the energy consumption is extremely low.
- The geometric wall paper with pastel shades, located in the children’s room: juice up the room while keeping the brightness.
- The chest of drawers furniture with labels, probably recovered from an old pharmacy: it’s very useful as organizer for neatly storing all the little things that usually roam aimlessly around the house.
Enjoy this marvel… steal some ideas or get inspired by her romantic mood!
